Moon Day!

Mood: :iconchibifinlandplz:

Wahoo! For Moon Day!:iconmoonplz: The moon's very important, so it's nice it has its own holiday. Read that it celebrates the day Neil Armstrong landed and walked on the moon in 1969. :iconchibiamericaplz:It's also Tisha B'av (or the 9th of Av). It's a holiday that commemorates the first and second temples' destruction, which happened on the same day in the Hebrew calendar even though they were years a part. It's considered the saddest day on the Jewish calendar.:iconamericasadchibiplz:It's also a holiday to remember the other tragedies in Jewish history. Most of these have occurred on the same day. It also commemorates: the expulsion of the Jews from Spain in 1492, King Edward I of England signing an edict expelling all Jews from England, the Holocaust, and some others. Most people fast today. I can't really because of the meds I'm on, but I can read the portions for it. :icontinoplz:(Some extra stuff from the Torah, Haftorah, and the book of Lamentations.) For health reasons, you can be exempt from fasting. Which is good, because if I had to, it would not be pretty. :iconbraginskiplz:

Today's been pretty cold, but it looks like it's starting to warm up. :iconeestiplz:I found some more music! :iconyaykumajiroplz:Mostly by a very interesting band called Kanjani8. Some label them as 'modern enka'. But, they really use a variety of genres. And, most of their songs have a certain comedic aspect. Kind of fun. :iconsleepygreeceplz:Going to try and find more later! :iconprussiaplz:Posted 2 more pics: Glimpse of Sharks Sharks Up-close. Interesting that people are already faving them. Done with character descriptions too. I'm still working on a sentence from the grill's manual. Played some more Irish tunes. A bit shaky at first. Otherwise, not bad. I forgot how much I like playing the Harvest Home song. It's one of the more fun and challenging songs. :iconchibisitalyplz: Oh, and we were supposed to have a Hadassah meeting tonight, but no one would host it. So, it's cancelled.
In Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, part of it was about diseases you can get that are mental or emotional. Example: A person who didn't know about  (or have) video games as a kid, they get addicted to them when they play them as an adult. Sensei says it's better to be addicted when you're a kid, then as an adult. Since, you have time to work yourself out of it. After a while the topic turns a bit ugly, when a student gives him a love letter. The girls get 'infected', go crazy and start chasing him. The first thing that sparked the topic was getting immune to measles. At the very end, Majiro gets the real thing. (He's in the middle of the pic. Sensei's nephew.) They also talked about some things have a time lag for when they become effective. Like for meds, cell phone cameras, etc.
In Kuroshitsuji, the Undertaker was just about to do his 'work', when he found Grell in a coffin. Grell was ordered by Will to investigate the Death God magic play, which was stolen from their library. It's a movie that records a person's entire life. When he couldn't find anything, he was exhausted and fell asleep in a field. Since he's a Death God, he doesn't breathe when he sleeps. Someone found him, thought it was a corpse, put him in a coffin, and delivered him to the Undertaker.:iconitalyishorrifiedplz: There's a strange religious organization that has been gathering in a convent next to the castle of Pulston. They've attained the believer's Book of Doomsday. It's a book rumored to have all the virtues and evildoings of men. (Weird.) They plan to rebel against the government, Ciel's job is to disband them or eliminate them. A lot of coffins have been delivered to them by the Undertaker. Ciel, Grell, and Sebastian get into the convent with help from him. Ciel is 'chosen' to enter Heaven's Choir. This is only open to little boys. They call people who aren't part of the church 'unclean', they have to be cleansed. The puppet from before, called Ciel unclean over and over again. Sebastian kills the priest, and Angela takes Ciel away to what looks like another dimension. Sebastian and Grell quickly follow. This episode seemed a bit more 'mature' than the others. If you saw it, you'd know what I mean. Kind of interesting.
In Yumeiro Patissiere, Ichigo goes to her first day of classes. She meets her roommate, Rumi. Also, 3 men from her class. Hanabusa, who's good at making cakes. He gave her a bouquet of sculpted candied flowers. Kashino's good at making chocolates. He has a bit of an attitude and was very harsh on Ichigo. Andou's good at Japanese sweets. He's a lot nicer, and randomly gave her a green tea based sweet when they met. Ichigo gets assigned to work with Group A in the cooking room. Supposedly, the elite group, and it's with those 3 guys. The first self-practice is a mille crepe. (Which is the pic above.) Her first one was horrible. Kashino completely chews her out when he hears she's a beginner. She goes back and practices on her own. A Sweets Spirit named Vanilla shows up. Those who can see Sweet Spirits will have their wishes come true. Vanilla gives her lessons on how to make it, and it turns out. Vanilla will be her partner Sweets Spirit.

I finished drawing and inked Zero in the :o box. Might be a little too expressive? :iconswissplz:Started working on the XD box. I like that this is giving me the chance to try and be consistent with the way Zero looks. And, learning how to draw his expressions. It's kind of like a study guide, I guess. Only more fun!:iconchibicanadaplz:

deviantART faves: A Fox in Space I did not make this! It's from the creator of the StupidFox comics. Funny wallpaper of Fox travelling through space. Might download that one.
