By the Funky Monkey Babys. It basically means: It's Ok. It has a very fun, summer, and reggae type feel. I couldn't find much info on them.  Other than: they're a trio, they tend to merge a few genres together (hip hop, reggae, rock, etc.), they formed in 2004, their debut album came out in 2006, and their second album in 2007 was a top ten hit. I guess they're still kind of new. I love the way they sound. I'll have to find more of their songs! 





It's actually warming up a bit. Wahoo!  Oh, and today's apparently Chocolate Eclair Day.  Eclairs are awesome! I didn't know they were so awesome that they got their own holiday!  I started writing chapter 11. I'm experimenting a bit with this one too.  I also started a stamp collection on dA. Since I don't have a subscription, I found some plz account ones. I'm adding them to my deviantID: profile Go check them out! I played some Irish tunes. Did a few mistakes, but overall, sounded pretty good. Tomorrow I'll improve even more!  My computer spent about an hour checking and fixing errors. After that, I had problems with my internet connection.  So, I would've posted this way sooner than this.  Also, I watched Ando Natsu yesterday. It was another emotional, but nice one.

In Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, they were talking about comparing things to their standard versions. Eventually, like they always do, they exaggerated a bit and used rulers to help 'measure' these comparisons. One to measure the belongings of the children, compared to the belongings of the house. Since the substitute teacher thinks he's never truly in despair, he quits. The 'sash' that says substitute teacher gets passed around 13 times. The 13th time goes to Nozomu. (Their original sensei. Kind of fitting since he's a bit superstitious and believes 13 is bad luck.)

I finished a sentence of the grill's manual, and started another. I'll definitely have to go over this one again later. I get it, but I don't quite have it translated right in English. 製品を落としたり鍋等重いものを製品にのせたりしないでください。(Seihin o otoshitari nabe tou omoi mono o seihin ni nosetari shinai de kudasai.) Please, if product's falling, and the pan's heavy, don't try to pick it up immediately.

In Kuroshitsuji, they finally got to the curry arc. Almost done with this in the manga. Nice to see it in action though. I like Soma, so far. He's just as funny as he was in the manga. I think this story in the anime has been better put together than the manga. I love how the cultures, English and Indian, seem to be clashing, and soon they'll start to understand each other. (Soma's in the pic above.) 

I played Flourish. It's a point and click game. Cute, but extremely bizarre. Eventually, you get everything to make music and there's a disco ball. It kind of defies explanation. Then, I played Football Association by Minoto. I love Minoto games! This one was World Cup themed. Like always it was cute, funny, weird, and short. At the end someone kicks the rabbit all the way to the moon with a soccer ball.  That's how crazy Minoto games are. 

I got most of Loathe inked in red. Just has his right wing and some extra feathers coming off left. His tail was a bit of a pain to ink.

By Love Psychedelico. (Again, I need to find more songs! I'll look for more eventually. :D) It was really cold today. It seemed colder than normal since the last few days were so much warmer. In fact, it snowed in some areas around us. I had a very rude email from one of my new penpals, so I dropped him. Nobody asks things like how rich are you, you must have been a cheerleader if you were in the pep band, I would have liked to see you in the outfit, etc. The other email I got this morning from one of them was extremely nice. It seems we have a lot in common too.  She even asked if we could be friends on Facebook! I'll have to see what the others reply with. It kind of feels like a game. I finally started writing chapter 9 of Alliance. It took me a little while to get back in the 'groove', but once I was, I couldn't stop. I played more of my clarinet, and I'm getting more used to the reed and screws. Played Mozart and Irish tunes like I've been doing. Just happy that it's being more normal.

In Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, Rin (Nozomu's sis) visits sensei (Nozomu Itoshiki), saying she 'longs' to live in poverty. In reality, she's just making fun of them. Rin's holding a Scare Out Walk. (They do this in Japan usually during the summer.) Only sensei says it's more accurate to call it a Gross Out Walk. She agrees, and says it's an Itoshiki's customary event to gather anything gross and they hope to gross you out of your mind. The students walk around, and apparently there's something gross for everyone.

I did 3 verb forms: Conjecture (or Presumptive), Alternative, and Imperative. 私たちはあなたがのちほど挨拶するでしょう。We probably will greet you later. いいが挨拶しましたりね。Things like greetings are nice. いけ彼らは挨拶しなさいよ。Go greet them! I'm starting a new verb tomorrow: 合う or au- to suit, to fit, to match, to agree with, to be correct. Sounds like it might be easier to do all the forms with. 

In Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler), they're on the Jack the Ripper arc. I think they skipped through some stuff from the manga. But, it made the story go a lot faster, so that's good with me. Madame Red and Lau visit again. Scotland Yard are looking into the case, and tell Ciel to stop investigating. So, he goes to see the undertaker. (The undertaker's in the pic above.) In order to get info from him, he wants someone to make him laugh. He's weirder in this than the manga. That's a good thing! Makes it funnier. Eventually they get the info, and pretty much skipped right to the party. It was even funnier to see the anime version of the group trying to act their 'roles'. (Especially Ciel, being Red's 'niece'.)After passing out, Ciel finds out that he's on auction for his organs. (Well, really 'her' organs.) Sebastian saves him, and kills Druitt. They think that solves the case, but he wasn't really Jack the Ripper. Since the very next day there's another murder.

I played Cat of Bubble by Minoto. I love his point and click games! Ended up helping the cat over the spikes, turned the cat into a superhero to break a safe, and at the end it flew away in a bubble. I think he must be high when he does these, but they're still awesome.

I finally decided on which character to draw: Vincent. He's a vampire, the other is a Phoenix. I already had a pose for Vincent in my head. Also, he has a bit more 'attitude'. Zero is more to himself. Just thought it would be more interesting with a more 'expressive' character.I managed to finish his head. His hair took a bit longer than I thought it would. Also, for a while I felt his eyes weren't right. So, I kept going over it, trying to get it better. I think I'm pretty satisfied now. 

Tonight my mom and I get to make our own pizzas!Since, my dad has a thing tonight. He doesn't eat cheese, so this is our chance!

By Minmi. (I so need to find more tunes for my playlist!) This morning my computer was really slow, which made it less time to do my morning stuff. I thought it was updating in the background or something. Usually when that happens I get a little bubble saying it just downloaded its updates. That didn't happen this time. Maybe it was some other application? 


I got a new watcher on deviantART! Makes me so happy! I also posted the next chapter to Alliance: Chapter 8 I just noticed, someone downloaded it. I'm still a bit weary of that feature, because they could probably call it their own. Maybe next time I can disable it or something? But, then again it could also be used so the person can read it at another time, or its just something they liked and wanted a copy. 


I played my clarinet again! This time it wasn't too bad. I guess I'm getting more like I was before. Played some Mozart and some Irish tunes. Yeah, I'm weird, Irish tunes for a clarinet isn't heard of too often. It's fun though, and a bit more challenging. 

In Dear, after Chiruha tells Kisara that she's a Lycanthrope, he gives her some of his dinner. (I thought he would kill her since she's not human.) The whole time she's with him, she's incredibly nervous. Kisara has amnesia, and obviously can't remember where he came from or who he was. Later, Chiruha gets tricked by a demon that tries to eat her. Kisara jumps in and saves her. She suddenly has a flash back of when she was younger and with a little boy, who looked awfully similar to Kisara. He saved her, too. I don't know the people in the pic yet, but they're in the next part. The art's pretty cool in this manga.

I worked on more verb form sentences. I kept my non- past example, because it looked like I was correct by looking at how it was used with other examples online. Next, was て or te form- In this case, used as 'greeting'. 何を挨拶しましてよ。What a greeting! (Not a very original sentence but I figured out the Japanese on my own and reviewed it, it was correct.) Next, was the potential form. のちほど、あなたは彼らに挨拶できますか。Later, can you greet them? Tried to do 2 other forms, but it doesn't seem like those ones are really used with this verb. After going through the other forms, I'll probably do the negatives of them. I also got a another penpal! It's like someone told all these people to in the next couple of days email her. I haven't been on the site they saw my profile on for at least a year. That's the creepy part. Although, I'm pretty happy with as many penpals as I can get. 

In Naruto Shippuden, Naruto falls into a trap when he thinks he's found Shiranami. The bandits were waiting for him, and put him in a barrier that sucks the chakra out of its victims. He easily breaks it, barely using his Kyuubi chakra. (Which overloads it.) They put him in a bigger one, this time he passes out. Utakata saves him. Meanwhile, Shiranami finds and brings Hotaru back to her village. He's turned all the villagers into what looks like zombies, but they're under a jutsu that makes them blindly obey him. Naruto and Utakata make it to the village. Even the kids are under the jutsu, one attacked them. Soon after, the other villagers start attacking too. The bandits are controlling them. Sai, Yamato, and Sakura find Naruto and Utakata just in time. The 4 bandits try to attack all of them, but Naruto and Utakata get past them. Shiranami is doing a ritual that will extract the Forbidden jutsu from her back. 

I played a game called Immortall. It was very interesting, if not strange. You're an alien who crash lands on Earth, which is apparently in the midst of a war. As you become friends and walk around with the humans, you get bigger. Suddenly, there are spots where people with machine guns, bombs, and tanks are trying to kill the humans you became friends with. You have to shield the attacks in order to save the family who follows you everywhere. Eventually, it gets to be too much and you die at the end. The humans mourn you for a while, but leave, and you get covered in snow. This seemed even more unique than what I've seen lately, very cool. Although, sad. I played a Minoto game called Morning Time. His games are always funny and cute! It was about a girl who wakes up with bed hair, and you have to exchange items to find her hair gel. They even had a monkey doing curling. So odd, yet fun! 

I decided to take a rest from drawing since I just finished one. So, I posted Gun in a forum I really like. Also, posted my story, a recipe, and signed up for a contest. The contest is for best self- drawn original character. I put Gun in for it. The contest just started yesterday, and will go until the 17th. I doubt I'll win, but it should be fun and new. I'm not used to contests or competitions.
