By Frank Sinatra. Another classic!By the way, it's quite an awesome city! I loved it when I visited several years ago with my high school band. We were nominees for the Golden Apple Awards (I think that's what it was called) against other high school bands from around the world. (Chile, Japan, etc.) We played at Central Park's Naumburg Bandshell and Carnegie Hall.Oh man, it was the best!I don't think I slept for a week straight! We went to so many things. Plus, I saw a few of my relatives who live next to the area. We won a couple of awards. It was by far better, to me, than prom would have been.





Today's been really nice. In the low 70's.I feel a lot better mood wise too. I think I was pushing myself too much.Mom made that awesome frittata! It was so good.I think it might have been the first time I've had it. This one obviously has egg for the base, sweet red peppers, chopped onions, lots of fresh oregano, and feta on top. It looks like a pizza almost. So tasty! I helped with putting it in the oven and taking it out. She's not supposed to be near the heat, that's why they told her not to cook.


I got up late today, but I think I needed it. Because, I feel really refreshed.So, naturally, I didn't get a lot done. I mostly was fixing up my calendar on Yahoo, and started one through Google. I think I like the Google calendar more. Seems to have a lot more features.There's a lot of stuff coming up, and I didn't have any of it down. 


I can't believe Rosh Hashanah starts on the night of the 8th.It's our New Year's. Also, the beginning of our High Holy Days. We're supposed to eat sweets, for a sweet new year. Apples dipped in honey is a very common symbolism for it. Plus, they're good.We sometimes make a honey cake or some teiglach. Teiglach is like little hard nuggets of dough smothered and cooked in honey. We also add some orange peel and some nuts. It's so good, but leaves such a mess!People have told us that they've never had it before we started bringing it. It's a big thing on the East coast, apparently. There's more to the holiday, but I'll say more when we get closer to it. 


After that, it's the start of Yom Kippur, only 9 nights later. It's a day for atonement, and most people fast during it. I can't because of my meds. I want to so badly, though!Then, it's Sukkot a few days later! It's a harvest festival that lasts for a week. Whoa! So many that are coming up!And they're earlier than normal on the regular calendar.


I also read somewhere that the new Fall anime season's starting soon. Should be interesting. Also, one of the new ones is going to be Letter Bee Reverse, which is the second season of it. I thought there would only be one.I have to finish it soon, then. I'll look up other ones, too. It's more like giving me options for what to watch when I finish the ones I'm on. So, that I don't have to go through any large lists or something. Plus, it's good to be kept up to date with things, even if I don't watch some of the shows.


I'm also slimming down my playlist, because there's some songs I really am tired of. Others, are still awesome!I'll just have to get more great ones, to replace the ones I'm taking out. 


For dinner, I made salmon with a melted margarine, lemon juice, and dill sauce, with capers on top. Some steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes as sides. I put chives, garlic, and a little pepper in the potatoes. All of it turned out so tasty! I surprised myself.First time cooking salmon! And, everyone else liked it too.

By Alice 9. I think it's a cover for another song. It's got a rockin' and cool sound.I love their version of it. Kind of a fun one. 





I don't know why, but today feels a bit off.It might be because of how dark and cold its been. We're still way below normal. The end of August felt like November. Crazy!Tonight, since Dad won't be home for dinner, we're going to make a frittata. I say we, because Mom's been planning to make it for a while. But, I'm not sure if she can. So, maybe it will be both of us.I don't know. Sounds good anyways. 


I wrote a bit more of chapter 12. Made me a little hungry, because I had to describe what one of my characters cooked. She's crazy with her cooking in the story.I didn't really feel like playing my clarinet. Hopefully, I will tomorrow.Got a little bit more done on the udon package. Computer was acting a bit slow, so I couldn't do as much as I would have liked. (Either updating or internet connection, couldn't really tell.) Might do more later today. 

In O-parts Hunter, Jio realizes a little too late that Mr. Wick was really like a father to him. He finds out that Wick bought a baseball and mitt, and was going to play catch with him. After that, he runs back to their place. When he arrives, he finds out it was too late. A couple of Zenom members had killed both Wick and Basil. They also leave a note saying if you want revenge, meet them somewhere. Ball and Ruby arrive a little later. Jio asks them to stay with Basil and Wick for a little longer. While, he goes off to fight them on his own. Elga, fights him first. He attacks shadows with his dagger o-parts. Jio easily defeats him, but one of his daggers pins Jio down. While the other one's talking to him, he transforms into 'Satan' trying to get free. Kirin saves him in the nick of time. Apparently, this other Zenom is Kirin's younger brother Kujaku. He says they're descendants of the 'long considered extinct' original civilization. Kirin was the one who inherited that 'blood' from their father. After his little talk, Kujaku leaves. Kirin, Jio, Ruby, and Ball decide to head north in search of the Kabalah. (That sounds so weird to me.)

In Fairy Tail, Natsu finally destroys Jupiter, the magic behind the canon, with a little help from tricking his opponent. (In the pic.) The guild transforms into a giant and stands up. Gray and Elfman join Natsu and Happy inside it. Jose looked right through Mira trying to pose as Lucy, and starts to crush her. Elfman fights Sol. Sol's creepy!He gets into Elfman's memories. Who's Mira and Lisanna's brother. The first time he did a full body Take Over, he killed Lisanna. She was trying to get him to remember who he was. Since, he had lost all reasoning. When he heard Mira cry, he woke himself out of his memories, and did a full body Take Over again.


I tried to draw another chibi version of Ravel. I got a simple looking head, which is good. But, everytime I tried to draw his body, it looked too weird to me.If I was drawing a normal body, it probably wouldn't look so weird. Oh, well. I like the head I drew of him yesterday. I'm a little reluctant to ink it. I don't really want to screw it up.Maybe tomorrow I'll be able to do it. Or what I could do is scan it, and see what I can do with it in Photoshop. I messed around a bit with coloring in that program. Using one of Zero's heads. It was kind of fun.
