Kumikyoku Nico Nico Douga

Mood:Monkey Icon

By the Kaito Vocaloid. There's a ton of other Vocaloid versions of this song. I like his, Rin and Len's. It's about 10 minutes long, and is basically snippets of songs that have been popular on Nico Nico Douga. It's similar to a Japanese Youtube. :) I've found some awesome things from that site, too. And another offshoot site where you can download the music used in any video from that site.

Yesterday, we went to Seattle for an appointment my dad had. While we were there the music in the background was extremely religious Christian music. Since I'm not myself, I felt very uncomfortable. I blared my mp3 player, and was fine for a while. Then one of the employees decided to sit next to me to work on something. I didn't want to be rude, so I stopped listening to it. I felt like I was being tortured or something. Then, she offered some truffles. I felt a lot better after that. They were fancy and tasted so good!

After that, we decided to eat out. We went to Red Robin. I got the Bleu Ribbon Burger. It was so good! Usually they're burgers aren't as good as they sound, but this was different. It had bleu cheese, (hence the 'bleu' in the name), bits of fried shredded onions, lots of seasonings in the patty, it seemed like 3 or 4 sauces in it, on an onion roll, lettuce, and tomato. Then, when it came out they gave me Chipotle mayo to put on it. It was swimming in goodness! XD It was huge too! I would've had to unhinge my jaw if I just picked it up and ate it. It came with steak fries, which I put their special seasonings on. It was heaven! :3 After that they went shopping and we went home. Where I had banana cream pie. It was a lot of food, but worth it. We don't go out like that very often.

Apparently, Sallie Mae has been trying to get in touch with me for the last couple of days. I keep telling them every 3 months (when they usually call) I can't pay back my loans yet. I don't have any money, so I can't will something from nothing! So, I went to their website and applied for a forbearance which will last for 12 months. Maybe they won't contact me until then? I know I might have money once my SSI thing goes through, but I won't be able to make the full payments for a while!

I helped with bringing in our Sukkah today. It's been sitting out in our backyard for about 5 months. The holiday (Sukkot) was only for a week. Sukkot is a harvest festival where you sit out in your sukkah (a decorated makeshift booth outside) and eat, watch the stars, have services, etc. Some people actually stay in it for the entire week. It's a very nice holiday, just can be hard if you have your own Sukkah and don't have very many people to help put it up and down.

Oh, I got another watcher on deviantART! That makes 20 now! I looked over part of my printed copy of Alliance. There aren't very many errors, and the more I read over it the more I like it. I find it odd for me to create something that I truly like so far. Since it's 63 pages, I haven't finished going over it. I can't wait to start writing chapter 9 tomorrow! I've already gotten some nice comments from one of my fave forums.

Rivals for love :D

A fun vid showing the craziness of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei set to an old fave song of mine. What could be better?

  4. Ah! It's very good. It's a French cheese and is a bit crumbly. A lot of people usually hear it as a dressing too. If you like cheese, you should try it. ;)
