National Strawberry Day

Mood::iconthailandplz:

Wahoo for strawberries!:dummy:They always seem to calm me down. Might be because when I was little and scraped up my knee pretty badly, someone gave me strawberries to get my mind off it. Not my fave berry, but they're good.

I had meant to post more often this month.:iconswissplz:Oh well, might have more next month. This week, I'm up to 65 sit-ups twice a day. My stomach/abdomen area actually feels a bit tighter. Feels like a work out every time I do them. Got back to my walking schedule. Only missed 4 days, but I can feel it. Missing that many actually made me feel more tired, bloated, etc. But, after getting back into it, I'm feeling much more energized. Clothes are becoming more and more baggy, too. Kind of an interesting feeling. During yesterday's walk, the sunset was glorious!:iconfrancisplz:Made me feel good, too.

Had an appointment with my primary care doctor on Monday. I thought it had been a while since my last check-up, so I made an appointment for one. Also, had a few things to discuss with him. Apparently, since the last time I was weighed by the clinic, I lost 16 pounds. It might have been more, for a number of reasons. First, the nurse I was stuck with always is a little off. He told me she sometimes adds pounds in her notes.:icongermanyplz:Also, I may have gained a lot since the last 'weigh-in' up to when I started my own 'fitness' plan. Also, probably gained a bit more with those 4 days without going for my walks. But, 16 pounds is a lot!:la:

She was also off with my height and blood pressure. My doctor said it didn't seem right, and therefore I should ignore what she got. She's always been that way. She gets the wrong reading, and I tell her that it doesn't sound right. When she checks it again, it's totally different. Weird. Apparently, I lost an inch off my height, my blood pressure was a really weird high reading (I'm never high for my blood pressure), and I had a 100(F) degree temperature.:iconwtfukplz:With the blood pressure, she tried again later, and got a normal reading. 100 degree temp?! I sure didn't feel like I had a fever.

Talked about replacing my IUD. He made a referral to see a gynecologist. Apparently, they were really trying to push for me to have a pap smear. Put out all the 'stuff' for it. Even my doctor thought that was odd. I apparently have to have it done while I'm knocked out. (It says it in my records.) I have an odd condition, where it's difficult to do if I'm awake. Anyways, they'll do that while they replace my IUD.

Didn't really get a chance to talk about my migraine-like headaches, or the lump on my back. But, managed to cover a lot of things. Apparently, if it's a check-up or wellness visit, it's free. No copay. Didn't know that. In fact, after I made the appointment, they sent an email saying that there would be a copay. I was prepared for that. Kind of a surprise. So, I just paid for the bus down there and back. Got off a little early from the one back, because at first I was freaked out by the guy who sat in front of me.:iconwtfromanoplz:But, I also thought it would amount to being close to what I would normally walk. It was nice and sunny too. So, why not walk a little further?

The curry came out pretty good. But, somewhat bland and a bit lacking as a main meal. So, I've been messing with the leftovers. The last 'experiment' with it, I think turned out much better than the original recipe. It has red beans, peas, raisins, cornstarch (to thicken), cinnamon, more garlic, more red pepper flakes, and a little more sugar. Turned out a lot more 'hearty'. It's still vegan, so sticking to the 'theme'. Still have some leftover. It's like the never ending curry.:iconusaplz:

Was making hamantaschen virtually all day Friday. The recipe said it'd make about 60 of them. Ended up being 73. That's a lot!:iconseychelles-plz:There's 7 different flavors: nutella, red currant, blackberry, strawberry, orange marmalade, peanut butter, and umeboshi (sour plum) paste. Wanted to experiment a bit. It might be the first time I've made them entirely by myself. The recipe for the dough was online. The one mom had that was adapted from an old book, was a bit more of a 'production'. So, I looked for a simpler one. This wasn't too bad a recipe. Although, I had to add a lot more flour than what it called for. And, as it froze, the 'log' flattened out so there was no way I could just use it after I sliced it like they said. I waited a bit for it to defrost, then sliced it, formed the slice into a ball, flattened it, and then put it on the cookie sheet. A bit more of a 'to do' than I wanted.:iconhongkongplz:Oh well. Came out ok. Could still taste the vanilla in the dough after they were made. Even through the flavors.

Finished chapter 19 of Alliance! Yay!:iconyayhanatamagoplz:Next is the final chapter. When I finish that, I have to edit the whole thing again. Maybe two or three times, just to be safe. Then, I have to decide whether I want to self-publish or get a publisher. But, it's great that I'm pretty close to finishing it and getting it out there. Maybe even figure cover art, and such. Was thinking the cover might show a wall of some sort. Having a lot of symbolism to the story. I don't know. I just have to get on it everyday, and it will get out there quicker. I took down most of the chapters I had up on dA. Only kept the ones with comments that were helpful. But, just before I publish it, I'm thinking of taking them all down. Including from the only forum that still has the first few chapters on it. I'll tell people that if they want to read it, they should buy it from wherever it'll end up being at. Also, I plan to end this first novel with at least 2 or 3 cliffhangers. So, people will crave a sequel to it. But, the sequel will only happen if it's successful. So, yay! Exciting times! Also, printed out the last 3 chapters. So, I'm up to date with my 'hard' copy. It's looking pretty hefty.

Played my clarinet. Going over some Mozart pieces. It's not the advanced book, like I thought it was. (I think as you go further in this book, it gets close to advanced level.) The next book I'll go through is advanced, and features famous classical tunes. Anyways, with the Mozart tunes, things seem to be flowing quickly and easily for me so far.

I've gone over a few kanji, and a lot of compounds the last few days. Found out that I didn't pass the JLPT this time. I don't think I was in the right mindset, with what's happened this year. But, I was really close to passing again. Finished editing 2 panels from the drawing meme. I have another drawing idea. Having all my characters standing next to each other, next to a height chart, and color it. This way I can show their heights, a bit of their personalities, and clothing designs. I might update some of the character designs that I didn't really care for before.

National Cherry Pie Day!

Mood::iconberwaldplz:

One of my favorite pies!:iconchibispainplz:I really love cherries, and to put them in a pie is awesome! It's also Love Your Pet Day. I love my cats, Rosie and Tasha! People should love their pets all year round. Not just one special day. But, I guess you can spoil them more or something. Yesterday was National Chocolate Mint Day. Sometimes I really love mint, and sometimes it's too much for me. Depends on my mood. It goes well with chocolate though.

I have felt pretty miserable since Friday. I think I've been having a constant painful migraine since then.:iconlietplz:It's quite a bit better today, though. Oddly, especially on Friday, I had this tightening and nauseous feeling building up in my stomach. And, starting yesterday, my back's been killing me. I looked at my back in the mirror and noticed a rather large lump kind of close to my spine. I hope it's nothing. Although, all these other symptoms combined with that, scares me.:iconraivisplz:I guess I'll see what happens by this coming Friday, and if things get worse, I'll call the nurse hotline at least. Another odd thing is Dad has felt terrible too. She seems to be feeling a bit better now, as well.

I started doing my 60 sit-ups twice a day on Monday. I can't believe I'm able to do that many now!:iconheroamericaplz:Every time I do my sit-ups, Rosie thinks something's wrong with me. Especially, when I lay there for a second after doing them. A couple of nights ago she went right up to my mouth, sniffing really quickly. Looked a bit like a rabbit. And, she tries to poke me with her paw. Kind of like saying, is it alive? She sometimes bites my feet, elbows, and my sides while or after I do them. Kind of annoying, but I think she's confused about what's going on. I haven't gone for my walk for the last few days. Mainly because of the massive pain I've been feeling. Had a hard time even standing. So, not wise to go for a 2-mile walk in that state.:iconnataliaplz:I will get back to it today, though. Regardless if I'm feeling worse or better.

I've decided on making a cauliflower/potato/coconut milk curry for tonight. The recipe I found sounds amazing!:iconitalyplz:I need to get back to really 'cooking' more. I love to do it, and it's so satisfying when you're done and it turns out. And other people like it, too. I wanted to use a cauliflower curry recipe I saw a while back, but I can't seem to find it.:iconromanoplz:Oh well, this one sounds even better.

I'll make some hamantaschen probably on Friday. Found a very simple and easy recipe for that one. Even easier sounding than my mom's recipe that she adapted from an old cookbook. I already have some ideas for fillings. This recipe makes about 60 of them, so I could probably make a few different kinds. I think we still have some chocolate chips, there's nutella, strawberry jam, red currant jam, blackberry jam, and some other things I can use. Maybe even peanut butter...:iconseychelles-plz:Sounds like it'll be fun. So, we already have everything for both of these dishes. Makes it even easier. I'm actually feeling really excited about both of these!:la:

Went to the support group yesterday. Everyone seemed a bit 'off'. I even noticed myself being a little off. Oh well. It still was nice to see people. The only problem I had, was one of the members decided to touch and pet my hair at one point.:iconnorwayunimpressedplz:It was so quick, I didn't have time to react much. Apparently, they like my hair. Even had another member say that my hair was beautiful. Kind of a nice feeling. Yet creepy, if they touch my hair. At least, without permission.:iconprussiaplz:

Went to Shari's after with most of the group, and had some mozzarella sticks, and then a chocolate lava cake for dessert. The sticks were surprisingly good!:iconfrancisplz:The batter actually had a lot of flavor. The lava cake was kind of lukewarm. But it was really good, too. Had a couple of small burritos at home for part of my 'dinner' before we left. So everything combined made a nice meal. Of course, like the 'diet' I've been trying to stick to, I had half of everything I got at the restaurant. So, I managed to have a really nice brunch today with the leftovers.:iconsleepygreeceplz:

I was feeling so bad, I decided to play a little of the Sims 2 on Saturday. Played with the sim that I made that looks a lot like me. She got married, and is now pregnant. I was hoping to get them to have a ceremony or something. But, I must have chose the wrong option for that. So, they got married with one friend who showed up kind of randomly watching on. It was quick. Anyways, she's had the worst morning sickness I've seen for a sim. Almost everytime she eats, she throws up. It's interesting actually. The guy she married is a real lady's man. (He's actually based off a character from my story. Who isn't quite like that in personality. He is a bit of a lecher though.) So, he has a lot of aspirations to be with multiple sims. She keeps having these weird 'attraction' moments. Where she thinks about him and fans herself with her hand, and looks like she's about to faint. I haven't seen that before, either. She's worried that he'll catch her having an affair. And, yet she hasn't fallen for anyone else. I'm not sure if I'll let him fulfill some of his aspirations. It would make it more entertaining. I think they can divorce each other. But, I'm hoping to let them have a lot of kids. Then, play with them. I've never played passed a generation. And, supposedly you can make a pretty big family tree. I wonder what they would look like, since I've customized them? I guess it'll be fun to find out. The Sims 2 keeps surprising me, and I've had it for a while now.

The Jdrama, Dinner, actually made me tear up a bit this time. The only female chef was caught in a bit of a dilemma. She didn't feel she stacked up to the guys, and that they would never acknowledge her skills. She asked the head chef if there was a female chef who made it to the same place he did for training. (It's a prestigious place apparently for chefs who want to specialize in Italian cooking, only the best are accepted.) He said that was a silly question, because he sees everyone as equal regardless of gender, background, ethnicity, etc. A good chef, is a good chef. They should only be judged on how they cook. But, he did know a female chef that went to the same place. She worked twice as hard as the men, always had a smile on her face, and she was one of the few chefs he really admired. She went back to Canada after her training. (Not many Japanese people made it in.) I think she really needed to hear that. So, she decided to work harder at it. Her father, a wanted criminal, showed up at the restaurant. He wanted to try her food, before turning himself in. Was a very touching moment.

I'll probably start seriously playing from my advanced Mozart book today. If not today, then definitely tomorrow. I'll do the same as I did with the klezmer book. This one will take a bit longer, but I think I'll improve a lot more through it. I want to get back to the way I was playing my clarinet in high school, if not better. I was sloppy with things for too long.:icongermanyplz:But, I'm already sounding much better after seriously going through my klezmer book.

I'm really close to figuring out one of the place names in my story. Then, I can really get back into the story again. I have so many more ideas. I'm really close to finishing this chapter. And, I only have one more to do. Then, it's editing the whole thing again. (Maybe a couple more times.) And, finally I can get it out there. Actually doesn't sound like it'll take me too long. I just have to stick with it everyday again. Then, if this first novel does well, I'll start with a sequel. Hoping I can make this a long series. Also at some point, I'm thinking of writing a memoir, and a novel that's a compilation of most of my recurring nightmares as short stories. So, lots of ideas for more books. I just have to get this one done.:iconeestiplz:

Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge, finally has a group who's translating it again. I think the group that did it before, either dropped it all together or have stalled on it. I really like the story of this one. It's one of the few seinens I like. The Seinen genre is usually targeted at men ages 18-30 (some are aimed at people in their 40s). So, they're a bit more mature than the shounen genre which is for boys 10 and up. Seinen literally means 'young men', and doesn't necessarily have to do with suggestive/sexual situations. Josei is the genre intended for women in the same age group as for seinen. Some people get them confused with which manga falls under which category, and they can also appeal to both men and women. Both are usually more 'realistic' with the plot than the younger versions, shounen and shoujo. Shounen is the most popular, since its grown and evolved to such a point that it appeals to everyone. (Shounen literally means 'young person's comic'.) I mostly like shounen ones, and occasionally josei.

Anyways, they killed off one of the main characters in Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge. He was kind of a 'villain' you loved to hate. His 'killing goods' was the rule book of sentencing and execution. If he created a certain situation that made the person sound like they committed a crime, he can hang them by a noose or execute them through other methods with his rule book. He had a rather dramatic death. The story's really getting interesting.

Been going over more kanji and compounds. Almost done editing the first panel of that long drawing meme. I might draw another character's face soon from my story. I'd like to work more on her design. Just to at least see it more clearly in my head.

Youtube:
Thought this would be interesting for some to see. It's from one of the Japanese channels I'm following that's devoted to their commercials. (The newest batch of them.) Some are really trippy:

Happy Valentine's Day!

Mood::iconthailandplz:

Happy Valentine's Day!:dummy:I have somewhat mixed feelings about the holiday.:iconswissplz:I was dumped over the phone on this day several years ago. But, I love the candy/chocolates, sentiment, flowers, etc. Even doing stuff with family and friends can be fun.:iconchibihungaryplz:I also feel people should surprise each other with their love more than once a year. There's also a similar holiday in Judaism. But, it's not nearly as commercialized. Some Jews don't even know about that one, since it's so minor. Anyways, hope it's a good one regardless.:icondenmarkgrinplz:Dad and I got a huge heart full of truffles to share, since neither of us has a significant other to really share it or get something from them. Tasty stuff.

Been feeling pretty bad the last couple of days.:iconlietplz:Worn down, cheeks all red and burning, sleeping in a bit, and other stuff. Almost sounds like I'm coming down with something...I hope not!:icongermanyplz:They told me to be especially careful just after getting my flu shot for 2 weeks. It'll be 2 weeks tomorrow. They said it wouldn't be fully effective if I got sick before then. Yay!:iconyaykumajiroplz:Had a weird and scary dream about mom, which also set the mood for yesterday. Dad had a really horrible day yesterday, too. (Much worse than mine.) Someone might have stolen her jacket, and the jacket had her keys. So, she couldn't drive back from the ferry dock. Had to catch the bus. She took my copies of the car keys, and hopefully things are better today. I'm oddly feeling much better today. Hopefully that keeps up.:iconchibisitalyplz:

Watched Ouran High School Host Club. I'll give more of a description of it next time. It's eerily similar to the anime. It's weird to see them try to do the same stuff in a drama.:iconnorwayunimpressedplz:But, I'm getting used to it more, and it's kind of fun now.

Naruto Shippuden is getting really exciting. Naruto joined Gaara and the tsuchikage in the midst of battle. He has a ton of new moves. Which makes it more fun to watch. I love how the reanimated shinobi are basically screaming at the Allied Shinobi Forces to seal them up. Most don't want to fight, but are forced to because of the jutsu they're under.

In the manga, Hitman Reborn, I just read the part where they introduced Dino. Basically the same way as in the anime. The ending extra comic they have sometimes, was a bit more risque. Well, in the sense of what they referred to. Kind of funny. Not sure why they didn't put it in the anime, it would have been a much more hilarious end to that 'episode'. Maybe it was too much for TV or something...:iconpolandplz:

Still brainstorming a place name for my story. (Might be close to figuring it out. We'll see.) Played my clarinet. I'm doing that once over thing I told myself that I'd do before. Since I feel I've 'perfected' all of the tunes in my klezmer book enough, I'm doing a once over for everything in the book. Just to see how much I really have improved. So far, it's been really great seeing the difference to how I used to play. After I go through this book, the next one is Mozart. Those should be fun to go over. It's an 'advanced' book, so it might take me a while, too.:iconsleepygreeceplz:

Also, made an appointment to see my psychiatrist. I want to ask her if losing so much weight influences what meds I'm taking. Because sometimes I feel slightly 'off'. Not enough to really worry about, but it'd be nice to know why. Or, if it's just stress or something. Made another appointment to see my primary care doctor. Haven't had a routine physical in a long time, and I want to discuss how to go about replacing my IUD. So, lots of things to ask/discuss with these people.
日本語
The kanji I went over today is: . When pronounced as こん (kon) it means: stick-to-itiveness, perseverance, persistence; (math) root. As (ne) it's: root (of a plant); root (of a tooth, hair, etc.), center (of a pimple, etc.); root (of all evil), source, origin, cause, basis; one's true nature. Kind of seems like they use their word for root similarly as we do in English. Very interesting.

I'm thinking of making a blog where everything's in Japanese. It'll probably have short posts, but will give me practice. Like that person suggested on a forum for self-study. Might look for more Japanese penpals, as well. Ones who are more willing to correspond through email instead of through letters. Email is much quicker. Or even, through instant messaging.

Purim is coming up. The story of Esther is told, there's candy, you get to make lots of noise, get to dress up, adults get to drink a lot (so much they can't tell the difference between Haman the vilian, and Mordechai who's one of the heros), etc. Many try to compare it to Halloween. (With only the candy and dressing up in common.) It's a really fun holiday. Anyways, one of the holiday-related sweets is Hamantaschen. They're little triangular cookies with a myriad of different fillings. Really the sky's the limit with what types of fillings you can use. Some say they resemble Haman's hat, another one that it's his ears. Either way, they're tasty cookies! I was thinking about making some this year. I did it one or two other times, and it was fun. Usually I like the chocolate, apricot jam, and strawberry jam ones. But, I've seen some other ideas for them on some Jewish sites I'm signed up with. Might do a filling I've never tried with them. Also, thinking about making a cauliflower curry that I found on one of those sites. It sounded so good. I'll see if I can find it again...:iconheroamericaplz:

The Bungy

Mood::iconicelandfukkiretaplz:

By Nico Touches the Walls. I just love the beat. Sounds cool. The lyrics are interesting too, but I really like the overall sound more. They sound like they had a lot of fun with it. Nico Touches the Walls is a 4-member J-rock band formed in 2004. They debuted in 2006.

In Cartoon KAT-TUN, it was the second part of Nakamaru and Akanishi's trip to the 'coldest town in Japan'. They said the average there in February tends to be -33C or -27F. That's really cold! Most of the time it hovered around -20C (-4F) and -30C (-22F). Still freezing! The band had lost 5 times in a row with their darts' segment. So, they had to choose 2 people to do the 'punishment' for it. Nakamaru and Akanishi went because the band thought they were 'cold' while they threw their darts. Thus, they went to the coldest town in Japan. Everything was themed around doing things in the cold. Their first task was to work on a farm. One tried to chop wood, and the other had to shovel horse droppings. Notice this is still in the freezing cold. They were forced to travel in a convertible with the top down. Then they shoveled some snow away to make a path for the astronomical observatory, babysat a 2-year old boy named Yuu, and swept the outdoor ice rink the kids use. At the very end they were treated to a huge buffet. I like that they really got to know the people there.

In Cuticle Tantei Inaba, Hiroshi finds out who his father is. He's essentially a ghost that possesses people and things so he can interact with others. He's searching for his body. He wants Hiroshi and his brother to search for it. Apparently, he has the same voice actor as Gintoki from Gintama.:iconchibihungaryplz:That guy must be really busy. Most of the characters he voices I really love. So, that just added a bonus point in my book. Yataro, one of Haruka's (Hiroshi's brother) minions, is used as a vessel for their father. When he's not possessed, he rarely speaks. I think I'm starting to really like this anime. There was an extra segment where all the 'dobermans' or people from the werewolf project were staying with Hiroshi's father. Apparently, all of them came from his DNA, so technically he's father to them all. They looked so cute as kids. They went over with their father (can't remember his name...) to the home of a family of goats. They got all the kids that were there, but there was one more and the mom missing. The mom was freaking scary! But, was easily defeated by their father. Somehow the mom reminded me of the sheep in Black Sheep. (I know that she was a goat, but looked/acted like the sheep in the movie.) Just as messed up.

Read more of Mix Vegetable. Ashitaba's finally realizing that it's ok to go out with Hyuga. Even if she meant to use him to become a sushi chef. But, now she's going to see him for who he is, not for his family. He seems to really like her already. It's an interesting manga. Not sure if I like the character art, but the rest is nice.

Played my clarinet. Went over the remaining tunes in my klezmer book. Apparently, there's so few, I had to go over them twice to fill up my practice time. Pretty soon I'll be done with these, and then I'll play all the tunes from the beginning again. This time just an overview, not really scrutinizing everything. That'll be nice to do. Just to see how much I've improved. After all that, I'll move on to the next book. I think it might my Duke Ellington one. Yay!:dummy:

Brainstormed some more on a name for a place in my story. Edited some more of the first panel of that really long meme, in Photoshop. It's looking better than I expected.

Started doing my 55 sit-ups twice a day for the week. It was pretty difficult this morning. But, I'll see if I can do it for the rest of the week! I'm hoping I can. Can't believe I made it that far already. (Used to think 35 of them twice a day would be impossible. I'm far passed that now!:iconchibinitalyplz:
日本語
The kanji for today is: . Its pronunciation is: こう (kou) or みなと (minato). It means: harbor, port. Kou is used in location names as a suffix, and in a lot of compounds. Minato is just harbor or port in general. Here are the compounds I went over: 漁港 or ぎょこう (gyokou): fishing harbor. 空港 or くうこう (kuukou): airport. 軍港 or ぐんこう (gunkou): naval port, naval station. 出港 or しゅっこう (shukkou): departure, clearance (of ship). 要港 or ようこう (youkou): important port. Worked on translating part of an article in an issue of Youmaga.

National Fettuccine Alfredo Day!

Mood::iconthailandplz:

I love fettuccine Alfredo!:iconyayhanatamagoplz:Especially, if there's a little something more to the sauce. Like added garlic, some sort of pepper, grilled chicken, etc. The sauce by itself can quickly become kind of monotonous/bland. I've actually made this before. For some reason, I think it was just after my wisdom teeth were removed. They told me to eat really soft and/or soupy things. Used what was our new Italian cookbook at the time. Interesting to make, and if I remember correctly, pretty easy to do. Hmmm...Now, I'm kind of craving the one I made back then.:iconsleepygreeceplz:It's also Ballet Day. I took about a year of ballet when I was around 7 or 8. I had a lot of fun. Don't even remember why I stopped going.:iconswissplz:In our main performance, our group were little limpets. People said we looked so cute, but it kind of felt embarrassing.:iconwtfukplz:The suits were a sheer somewhat tan-like color, with seaweed-like paint strokes here and there. Our hats were huge and triangular, with lots of glitter. That was obviously to represent the shell. I think we had some bits of the seaweed colored paint on our faces, with a humongous amount of glitter. (Did I mention glitter...Glitter everywhere!:iconchibiswedenplz:)

Watched Ouran High School Host Club. Probably will get to a description of it next week. Naruto Shippuden was awesome! Read a bit of Hitman Reborn. There were pickpockets after Tsuna's mom. But, they were quickly overtaken by Reborn, Lambo, I-Pin, and Bianchi everytime they tried to while she shopped. Later, one of them tried to swindle her by going over to the house. He badmouthed home tutors, and Reborn threatened to kill him. He ignored the threat, thinking a baby couldn't shoot a gun. After a few shots were fired next to his head, he ran out of there in tears. Never mess with Reborn.:iconchibichinaplz:

Played some more klezmer tunes on my clarinet. Dropped the rest of the ones I've been working on for a while, since they were near perfect today. Added a couple to my 'new' tunes to work on. One actually sounds totally different than the way I played it before. (Heard it through a few youtube videos.) First time that it sounded so different. It's easier to play now, though.

Brainstormed some more on that place name in my story. Looked at StumbleUpon for a bit. Nothing exciting this time. Brainstormed a bit on how to add what I've learned in Japanese to my everyday stuff. Came up with some interesting ideas. Watched a few vids from those Japanese channels on youtube that I found a couple of days ago. They have some really weird ads, but for some reason I think they're more entertaining/creative than ours. Some of our ads, it seems like they aren't even trying to appeal to people anymore. The only crazy/creative ones that happen are around the Super Bowl. Then, things quickly get boring again afterwards. Got to watch and learn a bit more about how their government runs.

Checked back at my messages on deviantART. Apparently, the guy who put my pic in his 'stock' collection yesterday didn't respond. Instead he unfaved it, so now it's nowhere to be found in that collection. Maybe I scared him off, or he came to his senses because of what I said. Well good, if that's what happened.:iconhongkongplz:The other person who faved that pic yesterday, said in the description of their faves section that their photo manipulation days are over. That's good. So, I know they don't plan to use it for their own works. Also, they said that anyone featured in their faves section is like a hero to them. That made me feel really good.:iconchibihungaryplz:
日本語
The kanji for today is: . It's general meaning is: over there, approach, beyond, confront, defy, facing, tend toward, yonder. There's several ways to pronounce it, and I'll say what their specific meanings are.
